This equipment is suitable for high voltage switch cabinet for helium mass spectrometry air tightness detection.

Device characteristics:

       1. Suitable for dry leak detection of high voltage switch cabinet;

     2. Vacuum the workpiece and vacuum box so that the inner and outer pressure difference is not greater than 0.05Mpa.Then fills the inspected workpiece with helium and perform vacuum box helium mass spectrometry air tightness detection; It can judge the qualified and unqualified parts of the inspected workpiece,the helium gas in the workpiece will be recycled later and finally the workpiece is filled with SF6 working gas at a specified pressure;

      3. The technology is mature and the detection precision is very high which can detect the overall comprehensive leakage rate of  the workpiece;

        4. The internal volume box can reach 10 m3 or even larger. The vacuum box adopts stainless steel structure with surface treatment, helium adsorption rate is very small;

        5. Configuration of helium recovery system, high recovery rate,low helium consumption;

        6. The system can be configured with remote monitoring,statistical analysis function.
