Vacuum Box Method Detection Principle:

The vacuum acuum leak detection systems are used for the rapid and accurate detection of helium or hydrogen by vacuum helium injection, suction lance, helium hood and back pressure detection methods for industrial testing in a variety of demanding and harsh environments.

Lithium ion battery liquid cooling plate to be tested is directly connected to a mass spectrometer and put inside a chamber. Vacuum is created inside the part and the helium concentration in the chamber is raised to 100%. If a leakage is present, the molecules of helium migrate into the part and the leakage is measured by the spectrometer.

1. The high-pressure gas detects large leaks, and at the same time completes the strength detection;

2. Vacuum box vacuuming and background suppression;

3. The workpiece is evacuated and filled with helium;

4. Helium mass spectrometer detects small leaks ;

5. Helium Recovery.
